Punjab Forensic Science Agency is a governmental agency of Punjab. There was not an extensive laboratory for different type of tests. There is large scale work which are used for different purposes. Some of them are medical other are technical. Previously, there were many problems due to not having forensic laboratory. Many of the works have been delayed because of it. Building of Punjab Forensic Science Agency is most modern one. Highly specialized have architects have designed layout of this battery.

Punjab Forensic Science Agency wanted many professionals for becoming part of their team. All of these members are selected Basic Pay Scale. There are different grades ranging from 1 to 22. Grades ranging from 19 to 22 have highest salaries. Some of the applicants are required to appear in competitive category of tests which are conducted by National Testing Service. There is extremely tough contest for the jobs. There can be many employees for more than one post. Vacancies require educational qualifications and years of relevant professional experience. Some of the seats are reserved for women, disabled and minorities. If any application does not come from them than positions are filled with regular candidates. Some of the jobs are specific for the male applicants. Workers are hired according to the Recruitment Policy of Government of Punjab in 2004. Training is provided to some of the candidates who are hired permanently. Roll number slips are offered to the candidates. Interviews are finally conducted by human resource management team.
