Applications are invited to fill the following Contract/Fixed Pay positions at the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences (FAHS), Faculty of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (FVAS), Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Computing (FOC), and Department of English Language & Literature (DELL) as per the criteria given below:

1. Professor

Positions Available:

• Dental Technology
• Emergency Care Technology
• Medical Imaging Technology
• Surgical Technology
• Anesthesia Technology
• Physical Therapy
• Orthotics & Prosthetics (for Faculty of Allied Health Sciences)

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Ph.D. from an HEC-recognized institution in the relevant field.
• 15 years of teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized University or post-graduate institution, or professional experience in a relevant field in a National or International organization.
  OR
• 10 years of post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience in a recognized university or post-graduate institution, or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization.

Minimum Number of Publications:

• 15 research publications with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years in HEC-recognized journals.

2. Associate Professor

Positions Available:

• Dental Technology
• Emergency Care Technology
• Medical Imaging Technology
• Surgical Technology
• Anesthesia Technology
• Physical Therapy
• Orthotics & Prosthetics (for Faculty of Allied Health Sciences)

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Ph.D. from an HEC-recognized institution in the relevant field.
• 10 years of teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized University or post-graduate institution, or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization.
  OR
• 5 years of post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience in a recognized university or post-graduate institution, or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization.

Minimum Number of Publications:

• 10 research publications with at least 4 publications in the last 5 years in HEC-recognized journals.

3. Assistant Professor

Positions Available:

• Dental Technology
• Emergency Care Technology
• Medical Imaging Technology
• Surgical Technology
• Anesthesia Technology
• Physical Therapy
• Orthotics & Prosthetics (for Faculty of Allied Health Sciences)

Minimum Qualification:

• Ph.D. from an HEC-recognized institution in the relevant field.

4. Lecturer

Positions Available:

• Dental Technology
• Emergency Care Technology
• Medical Imaging Technology
• Surgical Technology
• Anesthesia Technology
• Physical Therapy
• Orthotics & Prosthetics (for Faculty of Allied Health Sciences)

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• 1st Class degree in the relevant field (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.
• Preferably 2 years of teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized university.

Lecturer positions are also available at Faculty of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (FVAS), Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Computing (FOC), and Department of English Language & Literature (DELL).

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• M.Phil./MS degree in the relevant field awarded after 18 years of education from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.
• Preferably 2 years of teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized university.

Teaching Assistant/Junior Lecturer positions are available at Faculty of Computing (FOC), Faculty of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (FVAS), Faculty of Pharmacy, and Department of English Language & Literature (DELL).

Minimum Qualification:

• 1st Class Master’s Degree (16 years of education).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PVMC Registration is mandatory for DVM.
2. PPC Registration is mandatory for Pharmacy.
3. Candidates are required to bring along their original documents, experience certificate, and CNIC at the time of the interview.
4. No 3rd Division in academic career.
5. No TA/DA will be admissible.
6. The University reserves the right not to fill any of the positions.
