PEM Specialist (Planning & Budgeting)

Position: 1
Qualifications:

  • MBA (Finance), MSc. (Finance), M.Com., MA (Economics) (at least 2nd division)
  • A professional qualification like ICMA, CA, ACCA
  • A PhD in Economics/Finance/Administration (preferably from HEC recognized universities)

Experience:

  • 8 years of experience in relevant fields of performance-based budgeting, public financial management, or similar work.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Age Limit:

  • Preferably below 63 years as of the date of the advertisement.

FM Specialist

Position: 1
Qualifications:

  • MBA (Finance), MSc. (Finance), M.Com., MA (Economics) (at least 2nd division)
  • Professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, ICMA, etc.) preferred
  • PhD in relevant fields like Economics/Finance/Business Administration (preferably) from HEC-recognized universities

Experience:

  • 12 years of experience in the public sector financial management, budgeting, auditing, and reporting systems.
