Investment Specialist (Sindh Fund Management House) (One Position)
The candidate must possess at least one of the following qualifications:
(a) CA Finalist / ACCA / ACMA
(b) Master’s in Accounting or Finance from an HEC-recognized university
Minimum 05 years of working experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm.
Expertise in managing finance sector audits and investment accounting within the financial services industry.
Relevant experience in the financial services sector, including but not limited to:
Banks
Insurance Companies
Non-Banking Financial Institutions
Brokerage Houses
Investment Firms
Asset Management Companies
Experience gained in a Chartered Accountancy firm will be considered relevant.
Not exceeding 45 years
Experience in financial reporting as per International Accounting Standards (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Expertise in compiling financial and statistical data reports and the ability to explain such reports to stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of budgetary principles and practices.
Strong computer skills, including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and other financial software.
Development of internal reporting requirements in accordance with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) regulations.
Compliance with SECP and other regulatory authorities' secretariat requirements.
Expertise in preparing forecasted financial statements.
Conducting liquidity analysis and ensuring adequate cash flow to meet organizational requirements.
The appointment will be on a contract basis for an initial period of three (03) years, extendable for an additional three (03) years based on satisfactory performance.
A competitive, market-based salary package will be offered to the selected candidate.
