Vacancy Announcement

The Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for appointment on a two-year contract basis for the following position:

Position Details

Position Title: Personal Assistant / Office Assistant
Number of Vacancies: 03
Age Limit: Up to 30 years (General age relaxation of 5 years as per rules)

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, Business Administration, or Social Sciences (Minimum 14 years of education)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in a Government / Semi-Government organization will be considered an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support

  • Assist in documentation, filing, photocopying, and record-keeping

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Ensure timely dispatch of documents and internal communications

  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor

Required Skills & Professional Competence

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge

  • Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)

General Terms & Conditions

  • Only candidates fulfilling the required qualifications and experience will be shortlisted

  • No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview
