Job Announcement: Visiting Faculty Positions at Pakistan Marine Academy, Karachi

Pakistan Marine Academy, Karachi (Ministry of Maritime Affairs) invites applications from qualified and interested individuals for visiting faculty positions. The vacancies are available for various instructional roles to be filled on a visiting basis.

Positions Available:

1. Nautical Instructor

No. of Vacancies: 4

Requirements:

Certificate of Competency or Certificate of Service as Master of Foreign-Going Ships.

At least two years' experience in Command or three years' experience as Second-in-Command/Chief Officer of ships.

2. Engineering Instructor

No. of Vacancies: 5

Requirements:

Certificate of Competency or Certificate of Service as First Class Engineer (Combined).

At least two years' experience as Chief Engineer or three years' experience as Second Engineer in ships.

3. Simulator Engineer

No. of Vacancies: 1

Requirements:

At least two years' experience in Engine Plant Simulator, GMDSS Simulator, ARPA Simulator, Full Mission Bridge Simulator, and operations.

Pre-Qualified Pool: Candidates who qualify for the pre-qualified pool will be called as required, subject to the approval of the competent authority.
