Job Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate leadership and expertise in adopting and managing responsibilities.
  • Ability to ensure community relations, corporate negotiations, and regulatory authority compliance.
  • Manage complex major changes and initiatives effectively.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, sharp business acumen, and knowledge of the industry environment.

Qualification & Experience Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Chief Legal Officer:

    • Required: LLB/LLM/Bachelor’s in Law.
    • Experience: Minimum 15 years in the related field, including 5 years in leadership roles.
    • Strong background in corporate negotiations, preferably within the power sector.
    • Licensed advocate of High Court.

  2. Chief Information Technology & Systems:

    • Required: Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum 15 years in the relevant field, with knowledge of software systems.
    • Expertise in leading complex major changes and initiatives.
    • Upper age limit: 60 years.

  3. Chief Supply Chain Management Officer:

    • Required: MBA Finance, CA, CPA, ACMA, ACCA.
    • Experience: Minimum 15 years in a related field, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
    • Broad knowledge of corporate accounting, financial management, and compliance procedures.
    • Upper age limit: 60 years.

Remuneration & Tenure:

  • The position is contractual in nature for a period of three (3) years with one extension based on satisfactory performance.
  • Competitive salary packages along with perks and allowances as per company policies.
