The Multan Electro company (Mapco) is the largest electric supply distribution company of PEPCO. The area of operation comprises the 13 districts of south Punjab.

MEPCO is the only distribution company which linked the three provinces and five distribution companies of Pakistan as HESCO (Sindh) at Saidabad, PESCO KPK at vahova, QESCO at Baluchistan at fort Manro, Fesco at bhakkar, and LESCO at sahiwal.
