Punjab Population Innovation Fund (PPIF) is a non-profit public-sector organization committed to providing financial and technical assistance to innovative projects focused on population planning. The aim is to improve access to and demand for family planning services, contributing to sustainable population growth for equitable economic and social development.

PPIF invites applications from suitable candidates for the following vacant position in one of its projects:

Job Title

Monitoring & Evaluation Associate

Qualification

• Education:
  16 years of education in any of the following fields from an HEC-recognized institution:
  • Social Sciences
  • Statistics
  • Mathematics
  • Economics
  • MBA (Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration)
  • Equivalent degree

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.

Age Limit

• Not more than 40 years as of the last date of receipt of applications.

Project Duration

• Service contract will be for 12 months, subject to project completion or based on performance during the project.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Possess excellent writing and analytical skills.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet monitoring and evaluation (M&E) needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to travel to remote locations.
