Punjab Population Innovation Fund (PPIF)

The Punjab Population Innovation Fund (PPIF) is a non-profit public sector company dedicated to providing financial and technical assistance for innovative projects aimed at population planning, increasing access, and generating demand for family planning services. Sustainable population growth is a cornerstone for equitable economic development and social progress.

PPIF invites applications for the following position under a foreign-funded project:

Job Title:

Assistant Manager Grant

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Social Science or equivalent from an HEC-recognized national or international institution.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the field.

Age Limit:

  • Not more than 45 years as of the last date of application submission.

Project Duration:

  • 25 months or completion of the project, based on performance.

Location:

  • Lahore / Relevant districts.
  • Note: The role requires field traveling.

Key Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  1. Strong understanding of grant funding processes and regulations in the public/social sector.
  2. Proficient in preparing grant proposals and reports.
  3. Project management skills to oversee grant-funded initiatives.
  4. Problem-solving skills to address challenges during the grant lifecycle.
  5. Commitment to transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct in grant management.
  6. Ability to maintain effective relationships with departments, staff, and donors.

  • Two recent passport-sized photographs.
  • Attested photocopies of the following:
    • CNIC
    • All educational certificates
    • Experience certificates

  • Shortlisting will be based on detailed criteria. Meeting the minimum eligibility does not guarantee shortlisting.
