DEVELOPING RESILIENT CONTENT AND ADVANCING MUNICIPAL SERVICES (DREAMS)

LOCAL GOVERNMENT & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (LG&CD)

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Government of Punjab invites expressions of interest for various positions under the DREAMS project. Detailed qualifications and experience requirements for each position are as follows:

SECTION A: PROJECT COORDINATION UNIT (LAHORE)

  1. Compliance Expert

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Master's degree in Social Sciences, Law, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar role.
    • Experience with legal frameworks, policy development, and compliance management within local government organizations is essential.

  2. Communication Manager

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Master's degree in Communication, Media, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in public relations or communication management.
    • Strong experience in public sector communication and community engagement is preferred.

SECTION B: WASA RAWALPINDI CITY IMPLEMENTATION TEAM

  1. Operations Manager

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, particularly in urban service delivery systems.
    • Experience in managing large teams and overseeing city-level projects.

  2. Mechanical Engineer

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience in urban infrastructure projects.

SECTION C: BAHAWALPUR CITY IMPLEMENTATION TEAM

  1. Program Manager

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in municipal or community development projects.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.

General Information:

  • Maximum Age Limit: 52 years
  • All positions require strong communication and leadership abilities. Experience in public sector projects is preferred.
