JOB OPPORTUNITY

Shuhada-e-APS University of Technology Nowshera is inviting applications from eligible male and female candidates of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) for the following positions on a purely temporary basis for a maximum period of one year, as per section 11-5-d of the KPK Universities Act 2012 (amended to date).

Available Positions:

  1. Lecturers (Equivalent to BPS-18)

    • Number of Positions: 02
    • Minimum Qualification and Experience:
      • Master's Degree (First Class) in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.
      • No third division in the academic career.
      • No experience required.

  2. Lab Technologists (Equivalent to BPS-17)

    • Departments and Number of Positions:
      a. Electrical Engineering Technology - 01
      b. Electronics Engineering Technology - 01
      c. Civil Engineering Technology - 01
      d. Mechanical Engineering Technology - 01
    • Minimum Qualification and Experience:
      • BSc. Engineering/Engineering Technology in the relevant field.
      • First Division (2.7/4.00 CGPA) from an HEC-recognized University/DAI.

Terms and Conditions of Application:

  1. Eligible candidates should submit their filled and signed application form, available on the University's website (https://uotnowshera.edu.pk/jobs/), along with attested copies of educational testimonials, experience certificates, CNIC, a valid PEC/NTC Card/Certificate, and one recent photograph. Applications must be submitted no later than 12.09.2024 to the office of the undersigned.

  2. The screening test for the above positions will be conducted on 13.09.2024 at 11:00 AM in the examination hall of the University. Applicants must appear for the test on time; no separate invitation calls or letters will be issued.

  3. Only eligible candidates will be allowed to take the test.

  4. In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer.

  5. If any information or document provided by the applicant is found to be incorrect or fake at any stage, the candidate will be disqualified immediately.

  6. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions, or to cancel/not fill any or all the positions at any stage without assigning any reason.

  7. Candidates applying for more than one position should submit a separate application for each position.

  8. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the University's website for updates.

  9. Any errors in the advertisement are subject to rectification by the University.
