VACANT POSITIONS ANNOUNCEMENT

Kinnaird College for Women invites applications from bright and motivated professionals for multiple teaching and administrative positions.

TEACHING POSITIONS

Departments / Disciplines:

  • Applied Linguistics

  • Biotechnology

Available Positions:

  • Lecturer

Qualification Requirements:

  • First Class MS/MPhil or equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field.

ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS

1. Deputy Director – Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness

Qualification & Experience:

  • MS/MPhil or equivalent degree (18 years of education) in a relevant field

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director in implementing the college's Quality Policy

  • Support operations of the Quality Assurance Cell

  • Review teaching quality and academic standards

  • Draft preliminary reports for internal/external reviews (RIPE & PREE)

2. Research Associate

Qualification & Experience:

  • MPhil/Master’s (with thesis) awarded after 18 years of education
    OR

  • Master’s degree (with thesis) awarded after 16 years of education, with 2 years of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in PhD research projects: experimental design, methodology, and data analysis

  • Manage lab operations and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Supervise students and enforce lab safety protocols

  • Organize and report research data

  • Facilitate team communication and departmental tasks

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Preference will be given to candidates with teaching/research experience in reputable institutions or organizations

  • Excellent communication and knowledge-delivery skills

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory

  • HEC Equivalence Certificate is required for Master’s degree holders and foreign graduates
