Kinnaird College for Women invites applications from bright and motivated candidates for the following positions:

Department: English Literature
Position: Assistant Professor
Requirements:

PhD in the relevant field
As per HEC defined appointment criteria
Experience in HEC recognized post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field
Preference will be given to candidates with research publications in the last three years (minimum 10 publications in X or Y category journals)

Department: Quality Assurance
Position: Deputy Director
Requirements:

Masters/MS/MPhil or equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field with three years of experience
Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and monitoring the College's Quality Policy, and preparing reports for internal and external reviews
Age of the applicant should be between 25-50 years

Department: Academic Dean Office
Position: Office Assistant
Requirements:

Masters or equivalent degree awarded after 16 years of education with two years of relevant experience
Bachelors or equivalent degree awarded after 14 years of education with three years of relevant experience
Responsibilities include managing office tasks such as filing, drafting letters, answering phone calls, and assisting the Head of Department

Position: Project Coordinator
Requirements:

Masters/MS/MPhil or equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field with three years of experience
Masters or equivalent degree awarded after 16 years of education with five years of relevant experience
Responsibilities include managing projects and coordinating with department heads to employ best practices

The final date for receipt of applications is August 12, 2024. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be considered.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and test. No TA/DA will be paid.
The candidates must be computer proficient and have proficiency in English.
