REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI)

HIRING OF INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANTS
Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project

The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, under the Government of Punjab, has received financing from the World Bank to support the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project. Part of the funding will be used to hire individual consultants for the project.

PIU-PULSE invites applications from experienced candidates with relevant qualifications from recognized institutions to express their interest in providing consultancy services in the fields listed below. Interested candidates should provide evidence of their qualifications as per the criteria specified.

Assignment Details:

  • At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in the design and management of spatial databases, management systems, and spatial feature representation.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience as an MIS/IT Specialist or a related position is required. |

Selection Process:
The selection will follow the "Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants" method as per World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, dated November 2020. Interested consultants are referred to Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" dated July 2016 (revised November 2017 and August 2018), which outline the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
