Job Opportunities

The Health Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites applications from eligible candidates for the following positions under the Revamping of Non-Teaching DHQ Hospitals across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa project. These positions are offered in designated District Headquarter (DHQ) Hospitals across the province.

All positions are on a contractual basis for 1 year (extendable) under the Project Implementation Policy. Preference will be given to candidates with domicile from the relevant district.

1. Emergency Care Unit Specialist (NPP)

  • Qualification:

    • FCPS (Medicine & Allied / Surgery & Allied)

    • Valid PMC/PMDC Registration

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years in a teaching or DHQ hospital

  • Age Limit: Up to 50 years

2. Reproductive Health Officer (Female) – BS-17

  • Qualification:

    • MBBS or equivalent recognized by PMC/PMDC

    • Completion of FCPS-II Training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology

    • Valid PMC/PMDC registration

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience

  • Age Limit: Up to 45 years

3. Clinical Psychologist (Female)

  • Qualification:

    • Bachelor's or Master's in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years post-qualification in public/private clinical practice

  • Age Limit: Up to 35 years

4. Emergency Care Technologist – BS-16

  • Qualification:

    • Bachelor's or Master's in Emergency Care Technology (preferably surgical care)

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 1 year relevant post-qualification experience in Emergency Care Services

  • Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Note: Emergency Unit Specialist & Technologist posts are not available in Charsadda, Karak, Abbottabad, Haripur, Govt. Naseerullah Khan Babar, and Molvi Ameer Shah Memorial Hospital.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Candidates must be domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or Merged Districts.

  • Screening will be based on ETEA test results.

  • Contract-based appointment; extendable based on performance.
