Terms & Conditions

  1. Screening Test: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be done later by the appointing authority.
  2. Account Creation: Candidates must create an account on the ETEA website. Afterward, print an E-Sahulat token and get CNIC verification from a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk).
  3. Interview Calls: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews based on ETEA screening test scores (minimum 45% marks required).
  4. Eligibility: Candidates must fulfill eligibility criteria by the last application date.
  5. Applications: Incomplete or late submissions will not be entertained.
  6. Age Relaxation: Age relaxation is as per Government rules.
  7. Government Employees: Applicants already employed in Government/Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel.
  8. Multiple Applications: Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately for each with a separate fee.
  9. Vacancies: The number of posts may increase or decrease.
  10. Authority Rights: The competent authority can reject or cancel any application without explanation.
  11. No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
  12. Foreign Degree: Candidates with foreign degrees must provide HEC equivalency certificates.
  13. Errors/Omissions: Rectifications can be made in the number of posts.
  14. Domicile Preference: Preference will be given to Chitral Lower domiciled candidates. Nearby district candidates will only be considered if no suitable local candidates are available.
  15. Remote Area Preference: Special preference for candidates from remote/difficult areas (e.g., Arrandu, Drosh, Ayun, and Garum Chashma).

  1. Online Application: Visit www.etea.edu.pk to apply.
  2. Fee Payment:
    • After submitting the application, generate and print a UBL deposit slip.
    • Pay the fee through Easypaisa, JazzCash, or any UBL branch/OMNI agent.
    • Keep the original deposit slip for records.
  3. Document Submission: Do NOT send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. These will only be required from shortlisted candidates.
  4. Application Availability: Online form available from 28th November 2024.
  5. Deadline: Submit applications by 16th December 2024.
  6. Roll Number Slips: Download slips from ETEA’s website upon SMS notification.
  7. Test Details: Date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the roll number slip.
