VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

The Divisional Director Health Services, Quetta Division, is seeking applications from eligible and qualified female candidates from across Pakistan for the appointment to 40 vacant positions of Staff Nurses (BPS-16) at the Bolan Medical Complex Hospital (BMCH), Quetta, on a contractual basis initially for a period of 1 year, with potential extension based on satisfactory performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a University recognized by the Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PNMC), or
- A 3-year General Nursing Diploma along with a 1-year Midwifery course, or
- A 1-year Post Basic Specialization Diploma.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Permanent PNMC Registration.
- Verification of General Nursing and Midwifery/Specialization Diplomas from the issuing Board or PNMC.
- For BS Nursing degree holders: a certificate of completion for a 1-year internship from a recognized hospital/institution.

Terms and Conditions:

Age Limits: In accordance with the Government of Balochistan’s policy.
Eligibility: Female candidates from all over Pakistan are welcome to apply, with preference given to local candidates from Balochistan, subject to interview committee satisfaction.
Contractual Tenure: Candidates will be appointed on a contract basis, with the possibility of extension based on performance. Regularization will not be offered under any circumstances.
Salary and Allowances: Pay in the respective basic scale, along with applicable allowances.
Government Employees: Applicants from government, semi-government, or autonomous organizations must apply through the proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department.
Position Availability: The number of available positions may be increased or decreased.
Travel: No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
Selection: Selection will be based on the committee's recommendations. Canvassing will result in disqualification. Candidates who have been terminated or dismissed from any position due to misconduct or disciplinary action are not eligible to apply.
