Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority invites applications from qualified individuals to fill the following vacant positions. Selection will be made purely on merit and suitability.

?? 1. Flight Inspector Pilot (EG-08)

Location: Initially based in Karachi (Relocation to Islamabad, Lahore, or other locations as per safety oversight needs)
Number of Positions: 03
Quota: Merit
Age Limit: Maximum 66 years (inclusive of all age relaxations)
Pay: Rs. 1,373,230/- per month (5% annual increment)
Contract Duration: 3 years (extendable)

Eligibility Criteria:

License: Must hold or have held an ATPL with a type rating on a Commercial Transport Aircraft (MGTOW = 40,000 Kg)

Flying Hours: Minimum 5000 hours as Pilot-in-Command on such aircraft

Endorsements: Must hold either a Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE) or Type Rating Examiner (TRE) endorsement

Experience: At least 10 years in commercial air transport

Additional Skills: Operational management, safety oversight, compliance audit, regulatory understanding

Others:

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

Excellent safety record & professional integrity

Proficiency in MS Office

Effective communication & report writing

?? 2. Deputy Director Coordination & Support (EG-03)

Location: As required
Number of Positions: 01
Quota: Merit
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (inclusive of all age relaxations)
Pay: Rs. 250,927/- per month (negotiable, 5% annual increment)
Contract Duration: 3 years (extendable)

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Public Administration / Aviation Management) from HEC-recognized university

Experience: 6 years total experience, with 3 years in executive support/coordination (Govt/Semi-Govt or Aviation industry preferred)

Preference: Aviation-related courses will be given preference

?? 3. Sr. Joint Director (EG-06) – IT

Location: As required
Number of Positions: 01
Quota: Merit
Age Limit: Maximum 52 years (inclusive of all age relaxations)
Pay: Rs. 406,725/- per month (negotiable, 5% annual increment)
Contract Duration: 3 years (extendable)

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: 16 years of education (BS/Master’s) in Computer Science / Software Engineering / MIS / IT (minimum 2nd division)

Experience: Minimum 12 years in IT (systems administration, network, infrastructure, application support) in multinational / Govt / Semi-Govt setup

?? 4. Sr. Joint Director Admin (EG-06)

Number of Positions: 01
Quota: Merit
Age Limit: Maximum 52 years
Pay: Rs. 406,725/- per month (negotiable, 5% annual increment)
Contract Duration: 3 years (extendable)

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: 16 years (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in any discipline (preferably Public Administration)

Experience: 12 years in a reputable organization, with experience in:

General Administration

Procurement & Logistics

Security Management

Estate & Land Management

Civil Works Supervision

Transport Management

?? 5. Sr. Joint Director AAR (Ground Handling) (EG-06)

Number of Positions: 02
Quota: Merit
Age Limit: Maximum 52 years
Pay: Rs. 406,725/- per month (negotiable, 5% annual increment)
Contract Duration: 3 years (extendable)

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (PEC registered, HEC recognized)

Experience:

Total 12 years experience

Minimum 5 years in operation of E/M equipment and ramp/ground handling operations

Aerodrome Safety Management System (SMS) experience preferred
