The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) is seeking qualified individuals to fill the following vacant position on a contract basis for a period of three (03) years, which is extendable. The selection will be purely based on suitability and merit.

Number of Positions:
- One (01) Position Available
Prescribed Qualification & Experience:
- Education: Minimum 16 years of education with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university, majoring in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Experience:
- A total of twelve (12) years of experience in IT, with at least five (05) years of senior management experience in a reputed organization.
- Expertise in the development, implementation, and integration of business applications with communication and navigation systems.
- Experience in implementing Cyber Security.
- Knowledge in the design and development of IT infrastructure to align with organizational business needs.
- Familiarity with enterprise data management, data communications, data centers, disaster recovery architecture, and related technologies.
- Experience in procuring IT equipment/software.
Quota & Pay Scale:
- Quota: Merit-based
- Pay Scale: Lump sum pay of Rs. 470,370/- per month (negotiable) with a 5% annual increment.
Age Limit:
- Maximum age of 52 years (including all age relaxations).
Job Contract:
- The contract is for a duration of three (03) years, extendable based on performance and organizational needs.
Additional Preferences:
- Knowledge of aviation cybersecurity and standards will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, creative, presentation, and management skills.
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and planning capabilities.

Terms and Conditions:
- Applications not meeting the prescribed criteria or incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Interviews will be conducted in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta. Separate notices will be issued based on the number of candidates.
- Candidates called for the interview must present original documents for verification.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
- The appointment will be subject to PCAA's medical fitness standards.
- Selected candidates may be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan as per the requirement of PCAA.
- Government servants or employees of autonomous bodies/corporations must provide an NOC from their current employer before the interview.
- Applications received after the due date will not be considered.
- Misinformation or attempts to influence the selection process will lead to disqualification.
- If any document provided by the candidate is found to be incorrect or fraudulent at any stage, the selected candidate's services will be terminated immediately.
