The Punjab Population Innovation Fund is a public-sector, non-profit company dedicated to supporting population planning initiatives through financial and technical assistance. PPIF focuses on innovative projects aimed at improving accessibility to and demand for family planning services, supporting sustainable population growth for equitable economic and social development. PPIF invites applications from qualified candidates for a vacant position in one of its projects.

Job Title: Field Manager

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualification:
    • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, or related fields from a recognized institution.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Advantageous qualifications:
      • Professional experience in Family Planning, Development Sector, or Public Sector.
      • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in health-related projects.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum of 50 years on the last date for application submission.

Project Duration:

  • Contract service duration: 18 months.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  1. Proven experience in managing small to mid-sized teams.
  2. Proficiency in generating data summary reports.
  3. High stress tolerance.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills.
  5. Integrity and honesty.
  6. Good organizational awareness.
