The Federal Directorate of Education, Islamabad, invites applications for the following vacant positions on a regular basis in the educational institutions of Islamabad Capital Territory (urban and rural areas). The available positions and their details are as follows:

1. Elementary School Teacher (EST) - Male (Mathematics)

• Vacancies: 07

• Quota Distribution:

  • Merit: 01

  • ICT: 03

  • Punjab: 01

  • Sindh (Urban): 01

  • Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 01

• Eligibility Criteria:

  • Second Class Grade "C" (4-Years) Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent qualification in Mathematics from a university recognized by HEC.

• Age Limit: 18-25 years (plus five (5) years general relaxation in upper age limit as per rules).

2. Elementary School Teacher (EST) - Female (Computer Science)

• Vacancies: 50

• Quota Distribution:

  • Merit: 04

  • ICT: 24 (including 1 for Minorities)

  • Punjab: 12 (including 1 for Minorities)

  • Sindh (Rural): 02

  • Sindh (Urban): 02

  • Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 02

  • Balochistan: 02 (including 1 for Minorities)

  • Gilgit-Baltistan: 01

  • Azad Jammu & Kashmir: 01

• Eligibility Criteria:

  • Second Class Grade "C" (4-Years) Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent qualification in Computer Science from a university recognized by HEC.

• Age Limit: 18-25 years (plus five (5) years general relaxation in upper age limit as per rules).

1. Registration Process:

• Eligible and interested candidates must apply online. No hard copy applications will be entertained.

• Last date for online registration: 21st February 2025

• Candidates will be notified about the test date and venue via SMS/Email.

2. Interview/Selection Process:

• The venue and date of the interview will be communicated through letter, email, and an update on the official website: www.fde.gov.pk

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview based on test results and document scrutiny.

• Candidates must bring original documents, along with attested copies, at the time of the interview. These documents should be duly verified by HEC and IBCC.
