  1. Applications accompanied with complete bio-data including two Passport size latest photos of candidates and attested photocopies of all certificates should be addressed to the office of undersigned should reach within fifteen (15) days of publication.
  2. Relaxation of Age limit will be allowed as per Sindh Government Policy.
  3. Incomplete Applications and late received Applications will not be entertained.
  4. The applicants already in Government Service route their applications through proper channel.
  5. All candidates should bring original documents on the date of written test / interview at Sukkur.
  6. No T.A / D.A will be admissible for written / oral test
  7. Time and Venue of Interview will be announced through Newspapers or call letters.
  8. The Department reserves the right to reject the whole process of appointment along with all the applications without assigning any reason and candidate will not have right to register the claim at any stage of Court of Law.
  9. Department reserves the right to reduce or increase the vacancies.
  10. Only eligible / shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
  11. The post of Sweeper (BPS-01) is reserved for minorities i.e. Non-Muslims.
