Attention Government School and College Teachers Interested in Exam Duty

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Rawalpindi, requires honest, hardworking, and eligible teachers (both male and female) from government schools and colleges for the appointment of the following supervisory staff to ensure the successful conduct of the first and second annual matriculation and intermediate exams 2025. Teachers posted within the Rawalpindi division are requested to register their data online according to the website and login details provided below:

Serial Number | Duty | Eligibility Criteria

  1. Distributing Inspectors (Theory/Practical)

    • Only government teachers serving as SST (G/SC/CS), SS, SSS, HM, Sr. HM, Principals, Lecturers, or Professors (male) are eligible.

    • Minimum of 5 years of regular service.

    • Preference will be given to experienced teachers from high schools, higher secondary schools, or colleges nearest to the bank related to the exam centers.

    • Must have at least 3 years of experience as a superintendent.

    • Note: Science teachers will be preferred for practical exams.

  2. Center Superintendents

    • Serving teachers from government institutions (colleges, schools, high schools, and higher secondary schools) who have worked as deputy superintendents for at least one year.

    • For matriculation and intermediate exams, preference will be given to government school teachers (SST/SSE/SSS/SS) and regular college teachers who have served as deputy superintendents.

    • (EST for female teachers)

  3. Deputy Superintendents

    • Serving teachers from government institutions (colleges and schools).

    • For matriculation and intermediate exams, experienced government school teachers (EST/SST/SSE/SSS/SS) and regular government college teachers will be preferred.

    • Includes teachers with designations such as EST, AT, OT, DM, SESE, PET, and PST from government schools.

  4. Invigilators

    • Serving teachers from government institutions (high schools, higher secondary schools, and colleges).

    • For matric exams, only school teachers (SSE/SST SC/IC SC) with a minimum qualification of B.Sc in the relevant subject will be eligible.

    • For intermediate exams, only college teachers and school teachers (SSS/SS) with an M.Sc in the relevant subject will be eligible.

    • Higher qualifications and experience will be given preference.

    • For matric subjects such as tailoring, dressmaking, nutrition, art and model drawing, electrical wiring, computer hardware, etc., teachers with relevant teaching experience in these subjects (SST, DM, SV, EST, SESE, AT, OT) will be preferred.

    • For health and physical education at the matric level, PET teachers will be eligible.

    • For health and physical education at the intermediate level, SS/DPE/PET teachers from higher secondary schools and college teachers with relevant qualifications and experience will be preferred.
