SITUATION VACANT

Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals on the prescribed form for the following position:

Post: Controller of Examinations (BS-20)

No. of Posts: 01 (Contract)
Tenure: Three (03) years, non-extendable
Domicile: Punjab
Age: 40 to 50 years (Age relaxation as per Government Rules)
Pay, Leave, Perks & Privileges: As admissible to a Government Servant in BS-20

Eligibility Criteria:

Option 1:

• Ph.D. in any discipline from an HEC-recognized University or Degree Awarding Institute
• Eight years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in an HEC-recognized Public or Private University, Degree Awarding Institute, or Public Sector Organization

Option 2:

• MS or M.Phil. in any discipline or 18 years of education from an HEC-recognized University or Degree Awarding Institute
• Ten years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in an HEC-recognized Public or Private University, Degree Awarding Institute, or Public Sector Organization

Option 3:

• MA or M.Sc. in any discipline or 16 years of education (at least in 2nd division) from an HEC-recognized University or Degree Awarding Institute
• Twelve years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in an HEC-recognized Public or Private University, Degree Awarding Institute, or Public Sector Organization

General Information:

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
• The prescribed application form can be downloaded from the University of Sargodha's website: www.su.edu.pk.
• Candidates must submit three copies of the application form, complete with CV, attested copies of testimonials, and two recent passport-sized photographs affixed to each form.
• Applications must include the original bank deposit slip or University Challan Form of Rs. 3000/- as a non-refundable processing fee, deposited under Head of Account Collection in HBL A/C No. 00427991777803, University of Sargodha. No other payment modes (Demand Draft, Postal Order, etc.) will be accepted.
• Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.
• Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Body employees must apply through the proper channel before the closing date, or their applications will not be entertained.
• Applications received after the closing date or incomplete applications will not be entertained.
• If any information provided by a candidate is found to be incorrect or false at any stage, they will be disqualified, and legal action will be taken as per the rules.
