Recruitment Advertisement for Constable Band Staff

Designated Districts:
Lahore, Sheikhupura, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Dera Ghazi Khan, Bahawalpur, Police Training College Lahore, and Police Training Schools in Sargodha and Rawalpindi (Rawat). Recruitment is also open for the Punjab Constabulary, Farooqabad, and Telecommunication Punjab, Lahore.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the vacant posts of Band Staff (Scale No. 7) based on the following criteria:

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: 18-30 years
Education: Minimum Matriculation (10th grade) from a recognized board
Experience: Relevant experience in the field, including maintenance of musical instruments and the ability to play at least five musical instruments

Submit the application form along with attested copies of required documents and a non-refundable processing fee of PKR 300 at the designated offices from 06-03-2025 to 20-03-2025.

Eligibility Based on Domicile:

Candidates must hold domicile from specific districts as mentioned below:

Lahore: Only Lahore domiciled candidates
Sheikhupura: Only Sheikhupura domiciled candidates
Rawalpindi: Candidates from Rawalpindi, Murree, Attock, Jhelum, Chakwal, and Talagang
Sargodha: Candidates from Sargodha, Khushab, Mianwali, and Bhakkar
Other districts: Only domiciled candidates from the respective districts

Additional Instructions:

Government and semi-government employees must submit applications through their departments before the deadline.
Quota Allocations:
- 5% reserved for minorities
- 10% reserved for ex-servicemen
- 15% reserved for female candidates
No relaxation in age or educational qualifications will be granted.
The age of an ex-serviceman should not exceed 40 years, considering their service period.
Candidates dismissed from any law enforcement agency due to disciplinary action or criminal record are not eligible.
Candidates will undergo a written test, skill test, and interview.
Those applying under the police service family quota must attach relevant documents such as a pension book or retirement order.
Candidates must submit an affidavit stating that they are not involved in any criminal case or FIR. Providing false information will result in disqualification and legal action.
Verification of documents (educational certificates, domicile, CNIC, and medical reports) will be conducted. If found fake or unauthenticated, the candidate’s recruitment will be canceled, and legal action will be taken.
Only candidates who pass security clearance and medical examination will be considered for final selection.

The department reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process at any stage.
Candidates will not be reimbursed for any expenses incurred during the recruitment process.
Legal action will be taken against those involved in fraudulent applications.
