FF Steel, a leading Grade 60 Steel Bars manufacturer with large-scale production units in Lahore & Peshawar, is seeking applications from talented, passionate, and energetic professionals for the following roles:
1. Chief IT Officer
Location: Head Office, Peshawar
Salary: Market Competitive
Benefits: Group Life & Health Insurances, Provident Fund, Lease Car on a cost-sharing basis, etc.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles.
- Proven track record in IT strategy, digital transformation, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge in SAP Business One, SQL Server, business processes, application and web development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, project management, and data analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Lead digital transformation and align strategy with business goals.
- Ensure secure infrastructure and oversee efficient IT service delivery.
- Build skilled teams, manage risks, and collaborate with leaders to meet organizational needs.
2. Departmental Head (HR & Admin)
Location: Head Office, Peshawar
Salary: Market Competitive

Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA in HR from a recognized university.
- 15-20 years of progressive experience in HR, Administration, and Legal Affairs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR, Administration, and Legal functions at the national level.
- Contribute to policy formulation and execution with a focus on embedding a KPI-driven culture and digitalizing policies and processes.
- A strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
3. Head - Risk & Recovery
Location: Lahore
Salary: Market Competitive

Special Requirement: Extensive travel across the South & Punjab regions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree, preferably in Criminology.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in managing risk and recovery matters.
Responsibilities:
- Lead risk and recovery operations at the national level, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Conduct credit limit verifications, minimize financial losses, and manage aging receivables.
- Implement recovery strategies to optimize collections and reduce outstanding debts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, team management, and computer/ERP skills are mandatory.
