Position Title: HEAD (BANKING & FINANCE)
Company: OFFSTEL

Company Overview:
IF Steel, a leading manufacturer of Grade 60 Steel Bars with large-scale production units located in Lahore and Peshawar, is seeking applications from talented, passionate, and energetic professionals to join their Finance & Accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Negotiate and manage large-scale short-term and long-term borrowing facilities with financial institutions.

  • Strategic Analysis: Undertake feasibility studies for new projects and provide financial insights.

  • Capital Structure Optimization: Identify and recommend innovative financing solutions to optimize the company’s capital structure.

  • IPO and Stock Exchange: Assist in the company's listing at the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

  • Risk Management: Monitor market trends and advise management on financial risk mitigation strategies.

  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders.

  • Corporate Governance: Lead corporate secretarial functions, including board approvals, regulatory filings, and reporting obligations.

  • Company Secretary Role: Assume the role of Company Secretary in due course.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.

  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as CFA, CA, or ACCA are highly preferred.

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, debt & capital markets, and treasury, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in managing large borrowing portfolios, IPO readiness, and trade finance operations.
