The Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (BAJK) is an emerging and rapidly growing financial institution wholly owned by the Azad Government of the State of Jammu and Kashmir. BAJK focuses on strengthening its institutional capacity through continuous upgradation in terms of human resources at the bank.

Assistant/Cash Sorter
Minimum Intermediate qualification (Graduation degree or equivalent from SSC Board/HEC recognized university/institute is preferable).
Experience is not required; however, experienced individuals will be given due weightage.
18 to 42 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.
Pakistan/AJK domicile holders.
Preference will be given to BAJK State subjects.
Good communication skills.
Computer literacy is mandatory.

Selected candidates will be placed in any branch within their respective region as per the classification mentioned above.
Only shortlisted candidates who strictly meet the eligibility criteria will be invited for a test/interview.
Employment will be purely on a contract basis for an initial period of two years.
After two years of contractual service, employees may be absorbed into the regular cadre based on satisfactory performance and compliance with other terms and conditions as per bank policy.
Selected candidates will be offered a competitive compensation package and other benefits as per the bank’s policies and procedures.

Selection will be strictly based on merit and as per BAJK’s approved recruitment policy and procedures.
Successful candidates will be placed in any branch of their respective region.
No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview.
Cancellation of Previous Advertisement: The previous advertisement published on February 11, 2024, in Daily Dawn Islamabad (AJK-112-DB/02/24) and Daily Jang Rawalpindi (AJK112-DB/02/2024) is now canceled. Applicants who previously applied must re-register on the OTS website and complete all necessary formalities.
