Qualification and Competencies

Age Requirement:
- Candidates must be between 40 to 62 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.

Educational Requirement:
- Minimum qualification: Graduation or equivalent.

Professional Experience:
- Must be a career banker with a minimum of 5 years of experience at a senior level (Executive Vice President or above or equivalent) in a bank.
- The candidate must demonstrate adequate knowledge, expertise, and skills related to:
- The bank's business model
- Overall size, complexity, and risk profile
Terms and Conditions

Location:
- The selected candidate will be based at the Bank of Azad Jammu & Kashmir's Head Office in Muzaffarabad.

Contract Period:
- The appointment will be made for a term of 3 years, extendable by mutual consent.

Compensation:
- An attractive salary and emoluments package will be offered, negotiable based on terms.

Fit and Proper Test:
- The selected candidate must meet the Fit and Proper Test criteria prescribed by the State Bank of Pakistan.
