Introduction of ISSB In Pakistan

ISSB abbreviate as INTER SERVICE SELECTION BOARD, is the council for the selection of commissioned officers who hold power of authority in any Defence forces or consistent services in the different fields of PAKISTNA NAVY, PAKISTAN AIR-FORCE AND ARMY FORCE OF PAKISTAN.

ISSB considered to be the most prestigious board of Pakistan for the selection of different defense forces like:

• Pakistan Navy
• Pakistan Air Force
• Pakistan Army

This is the Elegant Board of selection. For the selection of different fields by assesses the mental, physical, moral, and social expertise. Also evaluate the competency for doing initial Training section and performing in the Complex and Dynamic environment.

ISSB Test Purpose

Inter Services Selection Board  Purpose  to selected the suitable candidate for the job of different Defense forces like Navy, Air force and Pak army. This test will measures the candidate’s Intelligent, Leadership Qualities, Decision Making Skills, Power Authority, Persuade Behavior, Stress Control Ability, Co-working Behavior and many more. Pakistan ISSB is executed the important role of selecting future leadership for the defense forces. ISSB board enables to run smooth function for inter-board selection and Maintain Proper Control on the different defense's decisions.
