Technical Education And Vocational Training Authority, TEVTA is taking steps to promote skilled education. For this purpose, TEVTA is introducing the courses according to the current needs of the youth to make them able for employment. The plan has been discussed by Firdos Rae, Member Of Provincial Assembly And Board Of Management, during his visit to the TEVTA located in Tandlianwala Tehsil. Engineer Asim Muneer (Sadar Board Of Management), Engineer Muhammad Younus (District Manager TEVTA), and Ayesha Aslam (Principle Of TEVTA) also participated in this meeting.
MPA Visit To TEVTA
MPA visited different TEVTA institutes and also asked several questions about different skilled education courses and training from students. However, he also suggested some other opportunities and improvements for TEVTA institutes.
Improvements In TEVTA Institutes
MPA remarks that the TEVTA institutes are trusted institutes working for the empowerment of the youth. He said that for the development and improvement of the institutes, further steps will be taken by the government. He also added that the beautician labs for women will also be extended.
The display shops will be introduced inside the centers to make the availability of the required items easy. He said that the improvements will also bring by informing the issues to the chairman of TEVTA. Chairman Board Of Management has also revealed that to fulfill the regional requirements the courses related to dairy and poultry will also be commenced soon to bring the potential opportunities for the youth related to these departments and education. He said that according to the suggestions by the MPA the course duration will be set to one year. However, in the end, the chairman also revealed the collective performance of TEVTA.
