Karachi: The Sindh Government has rescheduled the summer vacations 2017 in Sindh because of the arrival of Holy month Ramadan.
As per the issued notification by Sindh Government (Education department), all the government as well as private sector educational institutes will be closed from first of Ramadan in connection with the yearly summer holidays.

The holy month of Ramadan is expected to begin from May 27th or May 28th, 2017.
All the public and private sector educational institutes in Sindh would remain closed for two months.
The notifications issued by Sindh Government read:
“Along with the approval from competent authority, the summer holidays for all government as well as private sector educational institutes in Sindh are hereby rescheduled with the effect from 1st Ramazan to July 31st, 2017 rather than June 11st, 2017 to July 31st, 2017 because of the rising temperature and also due to the start of Ramazan".
All the educational institutes in Sindh on August 1st, 2017,” said a notification issued by Education Department.
