Sindh government announces summer vacations schedule

Karachi: Government of Sindh, because of the, boiling weather in the province, has announced the summer holidays in schools from May 19^th, 2016.

As per the reviewed schedule of holidays, all schools in Sindh will be closed from Thursday May 19 till July 24^th, 2016.

This decision of school summer holidays has been revised after consultation along with the minister of education, Sindh secretary education Fazal Pechoho added.

The chairperson of Private Schools Management Association has accepted the vacation decision of the government.

Though, the education department in its former announcement had notified that the summer vacations in Sindh academic institutions would be from June 1st till 14th August, 2016.
