Required Documents for Admission:

All candidates will be required to submit the following documents in order to confirm admission at Salim Habib University and for their successful enrolment:

Matric/ O Level certificate with transcript/mark sheet
Inter/ HSSC/A Level certificate with transcript/mark sheet
6 copies of a recent passport-size photograph
Photocopy of Fee Challan deposit slip
Migration Certificate from the concerned university/ board, except for Karachi University/ Karachi Board
Equivalence certificate in case of student’s degree issued by non-Pakistani universities/ boards

Salim Habib University Eligibility Criteria:

Pharm D, BE Biomedical Engineering:

HSC Pre-Engineering and Pre-Medical with at least 60% marks
O/A Level (Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Biology), 60% marks
D.A.E, or BSc with 60% marks

BS Computer Sciences:

HSSC Pre-Engineering/Pre-Medical/Computer Science with at least 50% marks or equivalent qualification recognized by IBCC

MBA:

4 years Bachelor’s Degree or 16 years of education with at least 50 % marks or 2.0 CGPA.

Other BBA & BS Programs:

Candidates must have completed inter/ HSSC with relevant subjects or equivalent with at least 45% marks.

SHU Admission Process 2024

Students can start filling out the SHU admission form by clicking here.
Upload your passport sized photographs according to the instructions provided on the form.
Provide your personal information and the requested information regarding your previous qualifications.
Then download the SHU APC voucher and submit the total Rs. 2000/- of application processing fee at your nearest branch of Habib Metropolitan Bank Ltd.
Or you can also submit a Pay Order/Demand Draft in the name of “Salim Habib University”
After submitting your application, you’ll receive your SHU aptitude test date in few days.
If a candidate clear the aptitude test with at least 50% marks, he’ll be called out for the interview in front of two faculty members of the relevant department.
Clear the interview with decent marks and submit your program fee to successfully enroll for your desired program at SHU.

SHU Marks Weightage:

The marks percentage weightage in each section of the admission process has been provided in the table below. On the basis of your obtained marks and their specific percentage weightage, it is decided whether you have obtained admission at SHU or not:

SSC Marks	10%
HSSC Marks	20%
Aptitude Test	50%
Interview	10%
Essay	10%

SHU Aptitude Test 2024

The objective of the SHU Aptitude Test is to evaluate the applicant’s abilities of quantitative and analytical reasoning and their communications skills, reading comprehension skills, grammatical skills, and general aptitude for the program. Total 90 minutes will be allowed to complete the test (60 minutes for Mcqs section and 30 minutes for essay section). Candidates have to score at least 50% marks to successfully clear this SHU admission test. The Salim Habib University admission test date for these spring admissions is 28th January 2024.
