Islamabad, 26th July - The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) has recently issued a notification regarding the revised schedule for the submission of online admission forms and fee payment for the SSC 2nd Annual Examination, 2023. This decision comes in light of the prevailing circumstances and is aimed at facilitating students in their academic pursuits.
In an official statement, the BISE authorities informed all concerned parties, including regular, ex/registered private candidates, and non-registered candidates from other boards or the International Baccalaureate (IBCC) cases, about the revised timeline for the admission process.
According to the revised schedule, the submission of online admission forms will commence from the 10th of August 2023. Students are encouraged to complete their applications at the earliest to avoid any last-minute rush and potential technical glitches. The admission process is strictly for the SSC 2nd Annual Examination, 2023, and all candidates will appear in the current course/syllabus.
The payment of admission fees has also been streamlined for the convenience of students. For regular, ex/registered private, and BCC (Board of Conducting Countries) candidates, the admission fee for both SSC-I and SSC-II remains set at Rs. 2500/-. However, it is important to note that in this fee, Rs. 1500/- has been included as a registration fee which will be a one-time payment.
On the other hand, non-registered candidates from other boards or IBCC cases will be required to pay an admission fee of Rs. 4000/- for both SSC-I and SSC-II. Similar to the previous category, this fee also includes the one-time registration fee of Rs. 1500/-.
The Chairman of BISE expressed the board's commitment to ensuring a seamless admission process and urged all candidates to adhere to the prescribed schedule. He further advised students to carefully review the guidelines and requirements before submitting their admission forms to avoid any discrepancies.
The decision to announce a revised schedule is in line with the board's objective of providing quality education and support to students during these challenging times. By offering an online admission facility, the board aims to streamline the process and minimize physical gatherings at educational institutions.
All students and educational institutions are advised to stay updated with further notifications and announcements issued by the BISE to avoid any confusion and to ensure a smooth examination process.
As the education landscape continues to evolve amid the pandemic, the BISE's proactive approach in announcing a revised schedule for online admissions to the SSC 2nd Annual Examination is commendable, as it addresses the concerns and welfare of students, teachers, and parents alike.
