Lahore: A delegation of aspirants as well as faculty members from the Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) will take part in Karwan-e-Yagjehti in Quetta to celebrate the 70th Independence Day of Pakistan.
The Karwan-e-Yagjehti has been arranged by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) in association along with the Balochistan Government and Army of Pakistan.

The aspirants from the entire country will travel to Quetta to mark the Independence Day along with an objective to promote national integration in Pakistani youth of the country.
Different cultural activities would be organized during the celebrations, in which universities from various regions of the country will take part.

The vice chancellor of Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) Dr Uzma Qureshi congratulated the aspirants of varsity for becoming part of the important event.
Dr Qureshi said that Pakistan wanted to plan remedial measures so that its national security can be certified through national integration.
