Vehari: The scholarships for the education of girls in Vehari are yet to be funded in spite of amounts being disbursed for this purpose.
This statement was given by the Vehari District Coordination Officer Ali Akbar Bhatti whereas he was addressing the district assessment committee for the development of education on Saturday.

He said scholarship funds of worth Rs46.8 million for two months have not been given. That’s why, he ordered the official concerned to look into the matter and give him a report.
Furthermore, he also sought an investigation report over the minimum attendance of aspirants and teachers at public sector schools. He also ordered the sanitation system of 11 schools to be improved.
