Eligibility for Undergraduate Programs

Candidates must have scored minimum 50% marks in their HSSC/ inter exams.
Must have passed the NTS or NAT test with minimum 50% marks.

Master’s Program Eligibility Criteria

A 16 years academic degree in the relevant field from an accredited institution, with minimum 1st division (annual system) or CGPA 2.5/ 4.0 (semester system) and candidate should not have third division (annual system) or 'D' grade (semester system) throughout the academic career.
NTS GAT (General) with minimum score of 50 is required.

Eligibility Criteria for PhD Programs

An MS or MPhil degree or equivalent degree with thesis of 6 credit hours, in the relevant field from a recognized institution, with minimum CGPA of 3.0/ 4.0 (semester system) or 70% marks (annual system), and no third division or 'D' grade throughout whole academic career.
GRE (subject) test as per HEC policy or NTS GAT (subject) with minimum score of 60 is mandatory.

COMSATS Admission Process:

The complete COMSATS Admission Process is gen below. Admission applications of all degree levels is same as the following given process:

Candidates can also submit the admission application online through COMSATS admission portal.
Create an account on that portal by entering your personal details like name, CNIC Number, mobile phone and Email etc.
After setting up the admission account, click “apply now” button and start filling out the spring 2024 admission form.
Choose your preferred campus and your desired program.
Attach all the scanned copies the requested documents while filling out the form.
After that, generate an online application processing fee challan and submit your respective program’s application processing fee at the designated bank (mentioned on the fee challan).
The application processing fee may vary depending upon the type of application.
After submitting the fee, upload the paid receipt of your processing fee challan to your admission portal.
After reviewing your application finally submit it and keep visiting your portal daily to get your COMSATS admission test date and fee challan.

COMSATS Admission Test:

Admission at CUI demands the completion of the NTS Test, an essential requirement for various academic programs. Undergraduate applicants must take the NTS NAT Test, while those aspiring for MS programs need the NAT GAT (General) Test, and PhD program applicants must undertake the NTS GAT (Subject) Test. Candidates can directly register for the NTS Test via the NTS website. Additionally, CUI organizes Special NTS tests during fall and spring admissions, allowing applicants to register through the CUI online admissions portal while submitting their application.
