Karachi: Pertaining to the Independence Day an Art Competition for the aspirants of Sindh would be organized. This statement was given by the Sindh Minister for Education, Jam Mehtab Hussain Dahar. He was chairing a meeting that was organized Sunday in Sindh Secretariat.
Minister for education, Sindh told that in first level the students of the schools along with the covering letters of their respective heads will submit their entries to district education officers and these education officers will then send the names of two successful candidates, one from public sector institute and one from private sector institute to their respective Regional Directorates till August 10th, 2016 and a competition among these candidates will be conducted in Arts Council of Pakistan on August 13th, 2016.

Jam Mehtab furthermore said that the position holders of the final competition will get 1 lakh, 50 thousands and 25 thousands rupees as cash prize and appreciation letters respectively while CM Sindh will pay the amount from his own pocket.
Education minister also told the meeting that Arts Council of Pakistan will form a jury consist of artists of international reputation to decide the final winners whereas the partakers of final competition will also be rewarded along with certain cash prizes and appreciation letters.

The main objective of organizing these sorts of competitions is to polish the talent of students, he added.
