AIOU Admissions Eligibility Criteria for BS Programs

Following is the eligibility criteria of programs for AIOU spring admissions 2024:

For BS Programs: All students must have finished their inter/ HSSC or equivalent qualification with at least obtained 45% marks.
For ADP Programs: All students are required to have received at least second division in their BA/ BSc final exams.
For Teacher Training Programs: All candidates must have obtained at least 45% marks or 2^nd division in their HSSC/ intermediate or equivalent program.
For Post Graduate Diplomas: At least 2^nd division or 45% are obligatory in an undergraduate degree or any 14 years of education in total.

AIOU Admissions Documents:

Attested copies of candidate’s CNIC card
Candidate’s father CNIC photocopy (attested)
An attested copy of Domicile is also required
Attested copy of proof of previous qualification (result card or detailed mark sheet)
Online result or web based mark sheet will not be acceptable
Non-attested or blur documents will not be accepted

How to Apply for AIOU Admissions:

All interested applicants can download the respective programs’ AIOU online prospectus from this link here.
Candidates are also invited to submit their Online AIOU admission application at AIOU admission portal.
To successfully submit your AIOU online application, first create an account at AIOU admission portal by providing your personal information such as CNIC number, name, email and mobile phone number etc.
After creating your online account at the portal, press the “apply now” button and fill out your online AIOU spring admission form 2024.
Then upload the scanned copies of the requested documents to your portal.
After that generate an application processing fee challan of AIOU.
Submit your fee in any UBL, FWB, ABL and MCB branch or USE jazz cash, easypaisa and Upaisa services to submit your fee.
You can save your application process in the middle but be advised to submit it before the AIOU admission deadline (15^th April 2024)
The total amount of AIOU application processing fee may vary depending on your chosen program and course.
Upload the paid challan receipt on your AIOU portal and only submit your application after submitting your application processing fee.
