Fee Structure
Virtual University of Pakistan (VUP) Sargodha has a detailed structure regarding the fee system that enables affordable yet quality education for students. The University keeps its fees in a reasonable bracket accommodating students from varying financial statuses in order to deliver high standard distance learning education.
Programs Fee Structure
The Undergraduate bachelors programs have an admission form charge of PKR 1,500 and registration fee of PKR 2,000, with a refundable security of PKR 2,000. The tuition is PKR 500 per credit hour plus Rs. 1,000 for semester enrollment. On the whole, where the fee for master's programs such as MS, has subsequently followed a fee structure comprising of PKR 3,500 as an admission fee, PKR 2,000 as registration fee, and PKR 5,000 as refundable security. Further, there is the charge of tuition at PKR 750 per credit hour and enrollment at PKR 1,000 each semester. Similar also for M.Phil and Ph.D. The support charges along with additional research fees associated with the Ph.D. programs were charged, whereas research-related charges stood at PKR 25,000 for the thesis in the Ph.D. in Computer Science and the remaining charges for an M.phil/PhD program, including the admission, registration, and enrollment would approximate PKR 11,500.
Scholarships and Financial Assistance
Various scholarships and other financial aid are available to the financial positions of students by the Virtual University of Pakistan. Merit-based scholarships are given to students based on rising performance levels, while needy students are supported based on their financial incapability. Via provisioned fees installment, they also help, based on need. At times, scholarships for selected programs are provided to eligible students, making sure nothing stands in the way of their education.
