Admission Process

Admission to UMDC occurs with the placing of an admission advertisement that is usually in the summer or the fall. Through an online application form which all the interested candidates are required to complete, they need to fill information relating to their qualifications and their MDCAT result. After the applications have been screened, a merit list of suitable candidates is made and such candidates are then invited for documentary endorsement. Also it is important for students to note the admission requirements and ensure that they go through instructions keenly to avoid missing deadlines. Eligibility and Criteria

Candidates for admission to the MBBS and BDS progamme offered at UMDC must satisfy certain academic qualifications. For students it is mandatory that he/she has minimum 60% aggregate marks in their intermediate pre-medical or any equivalent education. The MBBS program selection requires at least 55% score for the MDCAT Whereas the candidates seeking admission in BDS program need to score at least 50%. Furthermore, students who are here in foreign countries or overseas Pakistanis can apply and send their SAT-II or any other equivalent exam details. These are important standards to fulfil to gain the chance to attend one of the popular programs in the college.
