Admission Process

The admission procedure at SITT requires the online submission of applications through the official portal. The registration for the 2025 session began on July 7, 2024, and ended on July 23, 2024. Only shortlisted candidates are called for the entrance test and subsequently an interview due to limited seating capacity. The selection will solely be on merit, whereby candidates are therefore advised to perform well in the test and interview aspects. SITT does provide an equal and transparent means of selection in order to ensure that only eligible and capable candidates are put into the program. Candidates should keep a close eye on the deadlines so that their application can be processed without any snag.

Eligibility & Criteria

To be eligible for admission into the DAE program at SITT, candidates must have passed SSC with 60% or more marks in the science group, with subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Application is open to male and female candidates. After submitting applications, the entrants will be called for an entrance test and an interview. The candidates who successfully complete the course of three years will, depending on SOPARCO performance and organization's needs, be considered qualified for employment with SPEC. The minimum length of commitment would be five years.
