In late 1997 The Star Institute started its academic operation by launching preparatory classes for PCS (now PMS) Examinations.In 1998 the institution then started preparatory classes for CSS Examinations along-with the existing PCS Examination preparatory classes.1998 was also the year of introduction of the MCAT (Medical College Admissions Test). Realizing the lack of quality institutions which provided preparation of students for MCAT, the institute started its first batch of MCAT at Al-Malik Plaza, Davis Road Lahore.

The response of students to the already credible institution was substantial. The results produced were even more exceptional. Most of the position holding students in MCAT and ECAT were the proud students of The Star Institute.The tradition of quality education and brilliant results continued at Al-Malik Plaza, till 1999-2000.Owing to more admissions, the faculty and the management suggested to move to 16-A3, Gulberg-III, Lahore being a larger campus.

In 2008, Star Institute inaugurated another campus at Johar Town Lahore to meet the demand of the locality.The rich history of The Star Institute till date continues and our success is the ultimate assurance of quality education that we provide to our students.Till now The Star Institute is one of the best entry test preparatory academies in Pakistan.
