Admission Process

SSUET conducts it admission process through it admission portal online. They must complete the application form, upload documents and pay the relevant application fee and tests by the given deadlines. The undergraduate admissions application and test fee submission deadline is January 23, 2025, at 5:00 PM, with the entry test scheduled for January 27, 2025. The test will be held on campus, candidates must carry the admit card, original CNIC or B-form, a paid test fee voucher, elementary stationery, and a calculator. Mobile phones and smart watches are prohibited during the test. The last date for submission of application and fee for the test for postgraduate admissions is 31 January, 2025, with GAT scheduled for 2nd February, 2025. Applicants must frequently visit the Official website of the university they are applying to, and also their email for important notice and instructions.

Eligibility and Criteria

Different eligibility criteria apply to the SSUET programs, and they differ by level and field of study. Undergraduate Programs Applicants need to have cleared their Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent qualification, specific subject requirements will depend on the program. Pre-medics may apply for computing and technology courses but must complete a foundational maths unit in their first year. Candidates need to possess an appropriate undergraduate degree for admission into postgraduate programs and must have achieved at least 50 percent marks in the SSUET/NTS GAT (General) test prior to your admission. Besides, there is a compulsory interview administered by the departmental postgraduate committee.
