The five year BHMS course has a PKR 74,000 charge for the first year of tuition, with annual fees thereafter on council guidelines, payable per half year. PHMC Lahore students can apply for government sponsored scholarships to support their education. The HEC Need Based Scholarship offers full fee plus PKR 6,000 monthly stipend for economically backward students in HEC affiliated institutions.
