Mohi-ud-Din Islamic University (MIU) was established in 2000 at Nerian Sharif Azad Jammu and Kashmir by Anjaman-e-Mohi-ul-Islam Siddiquia Trust. The aim of the university is to provide Islamic education to the people of AJK. Later the university also built campuses at Islamabad and Nerian Sharif AJK and also has a medical college.
