Lahore Leads University (LLU)

Lahore leads university is a well-known university of Lahore. Lahore leads university was established I 1995 under the patronages of Leads Educator Welfare Trust, which is a well-known non-profit trust which is trying to promote education throughout the country. The Trust basically started its projects in the education sector at all level entitles as, Leads School System, Leads Group of Colleges and Lahore Leads University. Lahore leads university got their degree awarding status on 22 January 2011.

Lahore Leads University is basically a private educational institute in Lahore, Pakistan. It’s a university which is charted by the government of Punjab and the Higher Education Commission. Normally there is an issue that the degree is not recognized by HEC but Leads university has approved there Engineering department is officially registered with Pakistan Engineering Council. The first Vice-Chancellor of Leads university was Dr. Khariat M.Ibne Rasa who was basically the Vice Chancellor of University of the Punjab, Lahore.

Lahore Leads University has many campuses in Lahore but the main campus is on 165 canals which are located at Kamahan Road near DHA phase 5 and Bedian Road. The city campus is located at Kalma Chowk near new Garden Town Lahore, and the engineering campus of Leads university is located near Thokar Niaz Baig in West Wood Colony, Lahore, leads university has a separate campus of Accounts and Commerce as well.

Leads University is trying their best to provide good education to their students. The university has a very good facility of the library. The library provides all kind of study related books and theses. The library has also ASTM the Standards and Engineering Digital Library which has a massive collection of industry-leading standards and also technical engineering information is also there. The university has very good Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC). This department is developed to maintain good quality education and always improve the quality of education according to new development in education sectors. The QEC is trying to implement assessment procedures and measures of quality so that the university can promote public confidence towards the university. QEC is trying their best to maintain good quality in education and in faculty as well. This department also assesses the faculty so that they can guide them to change or modify the teaching according to the new ways of education.
