Lahore Garrison University Lahore LGU is an honorable university that can be found in Lahore, Pakistan. This institution offers many bachelor and master’s programs for learners who want to specialize in engineering, management sciences, computer science, and social sciences. The main purpose of the LGU is ensuring provision of quality education and conducive learning atmosphere for its pupils with a view to achieving such goals. Lahore Garrison University (LGU) is a well-known university of Lahore. The university has two campuses in Lahore. Both campuses are located on a very good location, one campus is in Township and the other one is in DHA. Both of these location are very good for education purpose.

LGU have very good faculty .All the faculty have good qualification in their discipline. LGU priority is to provide quality education to students that is why they have very good Research centers and qualified teachers who run this research Centre and teach their students about research. LGU is also establishing a very good Digital Forensics Research and Services Centre. This would be the first kind of digital forensic lab in Pakistan. This shows how much they are willing to go to provide quality education to their students. LGU has basically signed a MOU with several organizations. So far around 4000 students are studying in university along with 300 qualified staff and 18 departments. LGU also provide 50% scholarship for army servant children and 100% scholarship is given to Shaheed’s Childs. If any student get CGPA above than 3.5 he also get scholarship.

• LGU provide many services to students. They have very good library, which facilitate students in their studies. The library provide references, information access and also offers comprehensive portfolio of service to the students.
• They have very good Research Centre name as Pakistan Education and Research Network. This is the only research Centre which was launched in 2002 in Pakistan. The purpose of this research Centre is to provide communication infrastructure to the universities, institutions of higher learning and research organizations to meet their networking and internet requirements.
• The university provide transportation facility to the students and Teachers of the university. The bus has 15 routes in the city. This transportation route facility include door to door pick and drop service. Normally universities do not provide these kind of facility to their students.
